Order processing & Pickup

• Kindly allow 1-2business days for the processing of your order. Shipping takes place after this is completed
• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except for items on Pre-Order.
• For items on Pre-order, shipping timelines are communicated on individual basis. See information on applicable product page
• Orders made over the weekend or on select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please be aware that once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday) of being placed.

Failed deliveries

If USPS tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, yet you haven't received your items, please allow an extra 3 business days for delivery. If your package still hasn't arrived after this period, please reach out to us at info@oriirewa.com. We'll either arrange for a reshipment of your order or provide you with Store Credit. Please note, refunds will not be issued

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt for items in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via info@oriirewa.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, as per your preference.
• Clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
