Do we accept exchange?

Order processing & Pickup
- Kindly allow 1-2 business days for the processing of your order. Shipping takes place after this is completed
- Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, except for items on Pre-Order.
- For items on Pre-order, shipping timelines are communicated on individual basis. See information on applicable product page
- Orders made over the weekend or on select holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please be aware that once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours (Monday to Saturday) of being placed.
Failed deliveries
If USPS tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, yet you haven't received your items, please allow an extra 3 business days for delivery. If your package still hasn't arrived after this period, please reach out to us at info@oriirewa.com. We'll either arrange for a reshipment of your order or provide you with Store Credit. Please note, refunds will not be issued
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt for items in their original condition.
