We accept all forms of Debit and credit cards. 

How do I wash my outfits

We use only high quality and authentic fabrics to produce our outfits. To preserve this quality, we recommend that you wash in cold water and by hands alone. Avoid washing with bleaching detergents.

What is your return policy?

We accept items returned in sales condition within 14 days of delivery. Items marked as clearance cannot be returned or exchanged. For details on our return process, visit our shipping and returns page.

Are your items true to size

Yes, our items are true to size. Sizes vary based on style of outfit. Please review size charts indicated on each design before making a purchase

Do we accept exchange?

Yes, we do. Items can be exchanged only once within 2 weeks of delivery. To receive a prepaid shipping label for exchanges, please contact us at info@oriirewa.com

I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What can I do?

Please ensure to review your shipping address before placing an order. If a wrong address has been submitted, please contact us within 24 hours via info@oriirewa.com to make adjustments.

Order processing & Pickup

• Kindly allow 1-2 business days for the processing of your order. Shipping takes place after this is completed
• Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, except for items on Pre-Order.
• For items on Pre-order, shipping timelines are communicated on individual basis. See information on applicable product page
• Orders made over the weekend or on select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Please be aware that once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours (Monday to Saturday) of being placed.

Failed deliveries

If USPS tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, yet you haven't received your items, please allow an extra 3 business days for delivery. If your package still hasn't arrived after this period, please reach out to us at info@oriirewa.com. We'll either arrange for a reshipment of your order or provide you with Store Credit. Please note, refunds will not be issued

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt for items in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via info@oriirewa.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note the following:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, as per your preference.
• Clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
